- Keep burning candles out of the reach of children and pets at all times
- Do not leave a burning candle unattended and when extinguished ensure there is no burning ember
- Use a snuffer to extinguish your candle, never extinguish with water
- If a candles flame becomes too high or it excessively smokes, extinguish immediately
- Keep lit candles away from any potential fire hazards
- If lighting more than one candle, ensure they are at least three inches apart
- On first lighting, light the candle for between 2-3 hours to ensure a good wax pool melt
- Never burn a candle near a secondary heat source
- Trim the wick to 6mm prior to each burn and keep the wax pool free from debris
- Always burn a candle on an even heat resistant surface
- Burning Candles must be kept away from draughts or vents
- Never burn a candle all the way down to the wick sustainers
- A lit candle should never be moved or when the wax is liquid
