Candle Safety

  • Keep burning candles out of the reach of children and pets at all times
  • Do not leave a burning candle unattended and when extinguished ensure there is no burning ember
  • Use a snuffer to extinguish your candle, never extinguish with water
  • If a candles flame becomes too high or it excessively smokes, extinguish immediately
  • Keep lit candles away from any potential fire hazards
  • If lighting more than one candle, ensure they are at least three inches apart
  • On first lighting, light the candle for between 2-3 hours to ensure a good wax pool melt
  • Never burn a candle near a secondary heat source
  • Trim the wick to 6mm prior to each burn and keep the wax pool free from debris
  • Always burn a candle on an even heat resistant surface
  • Burning Candles must be kept away from draughts or vents
  • Never burn a candle all the way down to the wick sustainers
  • A lit candle should never be moved or when the wax is liquid
  • Do not consume

Wax Melt Safety

  • Keep out of the reach of children and pets
  • Do not consume
  • Remove all packaging and place the wax melt into the well of your burner
  • Use unscented tea light only
  • Keep away from draughts
  • Do not leave unattended
  • Do not move when lit or the wax is liquid

Diffuser Safety

  • Do not consume
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets
  • Place on a protective surface
  • Do not place near open fire or heat source
  • Use gloves when handling
  • If spillage occurs clean thoroughly with water and dry area
